4. Labeling Machines

A. WRAP AROUND LABELING MACHINE

Wrap around labeling machine mostly uses BOPP label which is easier for printing and has much less density compared with PVC labels. But the machine cost is higher. Usually when the line is above 15,000bph speed, the wrap around labeling machine is preferred.

B.SHRINK SLEEVE LABELING MACHINE

Shrink sleeve labeling machine mostly uses PVC labels. When the bottle labeling part is not straight, the shrinking PVC label will be the best choice to meet the labeling requirements. Due to the lower machine cost, beginner’s usually uses this kind of labeling machine. When the line’s speed is above 18,000bph, the label thickness has to be increased or twin heads labeler is needed.

5. Film Wrapping Machine

We have both single film wrapping machine and double films wrapping machine. Single film wrap is usually stronger and film printing is applicable, while double film wrapping machine cost is much less and good for beginners.
