【Question 1】How many bottles can I produce by the semi automatic blow molders?
Answer: based on 500ml round shape water bottles, you can produce 800~1250BPH by 1 blower with the oven (preform heater) and 1600~2500BPH by 2 blowers with the oven.
【Question 2】What's the required air compressors specifications?
Answer: It requires both low pressure (6~8bar) air compressors and high pressure (30~40bar) air compressors. The low pressure air compressor is needed to provide energy to the pneumatic cylinders. The high pressure air compressor is needed to blow the bottles. When the bottles are easy shapes, 30bar air compressors will be fine; if the bottles are difficult shapes, 40bar air compressors are needed. 0.2~0.3m3/min. 10bar screw air compressor is recommended for the low pressure for each single unit of blower; 0.3~0.5m3/min. (max. 600ml), 0.6m3/min. (max. 1000ml), 1-1.2m3/min. (max. 2000ml) 30~40bar PETAIR pistion air compressors is needed for each single unit of blower.
【Question 3】What's the required chiller?
Answer: If your place is cool, you can use water cooling tower. If it is hot, 3~5HP water chiller is needed.
【Question 4】How long will it take for machine delivery?
Answer: 20~30 days ready for shipment when we don't have stock.
【Question 5】What will be the cost for blow molds?
Answer: It depends on the mould materials you choose, we have Aerometal 7075, Aerometal 6061, S136 Stainless Steel, Chromine-coated #45 steel. When you want to save cost, chromine-coated #45 steel is better but the coated chromine will get off after some time and the steel may rust. If you want quality, Aerometal 7075 will be better!
