In late 2019, Maticline Industries Nigeria Ltd was founded.

In June 2019, Maticline acquired 40% share of Shanghai Drinklab Food Technology Co Ltd which has 30+ years experience in beverage formula development and ingredients supply!

2018

In 2018, Maticline Industries Ethiopia acquired a land in Semera, Afar region for preform and cap manufacturing.

2016

In 2016, Maticline made partnership with a senior engineering team for PET stretch blow molding machines in Putian, Fujian,who had been working for a Taiwan company which has been making PET stretch blow molders since 1990s.

2014

In 2014, Maticline acquired the share of a well experienced filling machine factory in Zhangjiagang and later on gradually moved the Guangzhou manufacturing team to Zhangjiagang.

2012

In 2012, Kenya Maticline made a presence in Kampala, Uganda.

2011

In late 2011, Guangzhou Maticline Food Equipment Manufacturing Co Ltd was founded in Panyu District, Guangzhou.

In 2011, Kenya Maticline Engineering Ltd was founded in Nairobi.

2009

In early 2009, Maticline established its first overseas branch in Bole Road, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and started its fast development and growth.

Guangzhou Maticline Machinery Imp & Exp Co Ltd was founded to start exploring international market.

1997

In 1997, several senior engineers from the state-owned machine manufacturers joined the private machine factories in Zhangjiagang.

1991

In 1991, the state-owned machinery companies bought the bottling machine manufacturing technology from Germany and Japan. Since then, the bottling equipments development has become fast.
