Maticline's Pitch Changing Linear PET Stretch Blow Molding Machine.

Pitch changing means minimized preform pitch over heating (e.g. 38mm) changes to be bigger cavity pitch over blowing (e.g. 76.2mm or 120mm). This new design of linear stretch blow molder minimizes lamp heat loss, saving a lot of electricity. Preforms stand upward over heating from loading to blow molding, saving traditional downward turning mechanisms, reducing circle time and potential maintenance cost.

Mold locking strength up to 50bar, enabling blowing pressure to reach 40bar if needed;

The higher blowing pressure will enable the blower to produce light-weighting PET bottles without compromising bottle’s physical strength, at the same time with more shining effects of the PET bottles. While, the traditional linear stretch blow molder’s maximum blowing pressure is only 35bar and some cheap blowers, only 30bar.

Maximum speed up to 2600BPH per cavity based on 500ml round bottle at 16grams;

Only 1500BPH per cavity by traditional linear lower.

Super-penetrating infrared lamps, heating preforms inside and outside simultaneously, saving heat transfer time, avoiding heat impact to preform neck;

The traditional linear stretch blow molder heat only the outside parts of the preforms and the inside parts need to be cooked up through gradual heat transfer, consuming more energy and time.
